Getting the Windows Demo Online

To retrieve a Windows XP-Vista or Mac OS demo version of Autoillustrator, click on the link below and download the file to your hard disk.

The Autoillustrator Demo program allows all regular search and print functions, however, to protect the copyright, all database files are READ ONLY. Therefore, no features of the Autoillustrator that relate to permanent changes in the database are allowed. If Save, Add or Append features from the Browse menu or toolbar; Add, Delete, Edit, Load or Unload functions from the Data menu are selected the program will display a warning message. The download times below are estimates. Your modem speed, Internet connection and site use will all effect the time required.

For the demo:

The downloaded file is self-extracting. After downloading ailwindemo.exe to your hard drive, double-click on the ".exe" file to extract the files needed to install the demo. If you cannot find the file use the Find function (from the Start button - Win XP-Vista). After beginning the extraction, you will see a dialog box entitled The Autoillustrator Demo. On the lower left side of the dialog click the check box entitled "Run after extraction," then click on Extract. The files will be extracted to a folder entitled "illdemo" and the setup program will be launched. Follow any instructions prompted by the Setup program. Start the demo from you Start button. After looking at the demo the folder titled "illdemo" and its contents can be deleted as well as the file you downloaded.
